Use something else for ubiquitous capture (text file, Evernote, paper, index cards), then just load up IKE with todays tasks. Organize your day by priority and importance, manage your tasks using the timer, calendar, and email links, and remind yourself of those pesky procrastination behaviors. Wonderful.
